We incubated the brand by building the complete digital foundation, including a full website with an integrated learning platform, automated learner access and email journeys, payment integration, and a mascot-led brand identity.

Automation, Payments, and Launch Support
We ensured the academy is operationally ready to sell courses and deliver learning without manual dependency.
- Email automation setup for learner communication and access journeys
- Payment gateway integration using Razorpay for smooth transactions
- Three-month social media calendar delivered with content and design direction to support launch visibility
