The client, a PG owner with multiple properties across Bangalore (under different brand names like Rentorio, Rentorio Ritz, Rentorio Majestic, etc.), faced a major challenge in managing and listing all of their properties on a single platform. Each PG had unique features and services, and with several PGs spread across different locations, it was nearly impossible to manage and showcase all of them effectively on one site.

To create a unified web platform that could list all of their PG properties, allowing potential tenants to filter and choose their desired PG based on location, budget, and amenities, all in one seamless experience.
